These phrases regularly ring out in our kitchen as we are all slightly obsessed with the Emmy Award-winning TV show The Bear.
At first glance, it may seem like a drama about running a restaurant in downtown Chicago.
It's actually about the intricacies of family, the pursuit of dreams, and the art of building a high-performing team.
Will Guidara, a Co-Producer on the show, has written a stunning book entitled Unreasonable Hospitality.
