This week I made a call...

I'm integrating AI properly into how I work.

Not just using it for search,  writing copy or making cool images.  Actually weaving it into my innovation coaching workflows. Research. Writing discovery guides. Synthesising insights. Building prototypes. 

It felt like a line I needed to cross consciously.

But the core of what I do is HUMAN.

Listening. Customer discovery. Finding connections nobody else sees. Sitting in a room with a team and helping them unlock something new.

AI cannot do that.

But it can free me up to do more of it.

So that's the experiment I'm starting. I genuinely don't know how this plays out. I'll get things wrong. 

I'll try stuff that fails. I'll share what I learn.

Its going to be messy...
